Pay Your Way is a pre pay billing option that allows you to purchase energy before you use it just like you buy groceries or gas. This allows you to control your budget and pay how much you want, when you want. Best of all, there is no security deposit or late fees and you will receive alerts via text or email (your choice) when your account is running low. You can make a payment online, over the phone or in the office when it's convenient for you 24-7. To choose this billing option for new service you must fill out a residential application (above) and also submit the Pay Your Way Service Agreement. If you have an existing account and want to switch to Pay Your Way, contact a Customer Service Representative at 770-358-1383 or 877-358-1383 and submit a service agreement.

Transfer Service:

If you are transferring your service to a different location, you will need to first contact a Customer Service Representative at 770-358-1383 or toll free 877-358-1383 and provide the 911 address of the new location and a copy of a lease for that property if you are renting.

Disconnect Service:

If you are disconnecting your service, the account holder (the person whose name is on the bill) is required to make the request. Once it has been disconnected a final bill will be issued and applied to the original security deposit that was paid. If the final bill is more than the security deposit, you will receive a bill for that amount which will need to be paid in a timely manner. If the final bill is less than the original deposit, you will receive a refund check within 30 days of the disconnect date.
