To report an outage, please call our Outage Hotline at 1-866-244-4890. This dedicated outage line handles outage calls 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
We must have your most current contact information in our system, especially the phone number to the phone you would normally use to report an outage. Our automated system uses caller ID to tie your call back to your account and the location of the outage, and if we do not have your current number, we will not be able to match your number with your account.
