If a member in any household served by Southern Rivers Energy has a medical condition that requires the help of electrically operated medical equipment, we will do our best to keep the member informed during extended outages but cannot promise that their service will be restored immediately. We strongly encourage those members who have medical conditions which require an uninterrupted supply of electricity to have a back-up plan already in place before a storm hits their area. While we strive to provide our members with the most reliable service possible at the lowest possible cost, we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted supply of electricity due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e. acts of God.
