Apply / Transfer / Disconnect Service

Apply for service at an existing location:
If you are applying for service at an existing location, you will need to first contact a Customer Service Representative at 770-358-1383 or toll free at 877-358-1383 to set up an account. 

If you are applying for service at a residence you can download this application (PDF) and send it to our office via mail; P.O. Box 40, Barnesville, GA  30204 or click here (PDF) to download a commercial application. You may also fax the application to the office at 770-358-9417.


 

Transfer Existing Service to a New Location:
If you are transferring your service to a different location, you will need to first contact a Customer Service Representative at 770-358-1383 or toll free 877-358-1383 and provide the 911 address of the new location and a copy of a lease for that property if you are renting.


Disconnect Service:
If you are disconnecting your service, the account holder (the person whose name is on the bill) is required to make the request. Once it has been disconnected a final bill will be issued and applied to the original security deposit that was paid. If the final bill is more than the security deposit, you will receive a bill for that amount which will need to be paid in a timely manner. If the final bill is less than the original deposit, you will receive a refund check within 30 days of the disconnect date.
