Member Account Numbers Changed Jan. 27th

Members must use updated account number that reflects the added "0" at the end to pay online or through an online bank account.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING YOUR ACCOUNT

SRE Member account numbers changed as of Jan. 27 to include an extra "0" at the end. Specifically, a “0” has been added at the third position from the right. This account upgrade will provide better service and allow for growth. 

The new account number will be reflected on your February bill...any previous bill will have the old account number format. Members must use the NEW account number (see example below) to access the online bill pay system on this website.

If Southern Rivers Energy is paid with an electronic transmission from your bank’s website, you must change the payment information on your online account to reflect your new account number.

Example:

Old account number:    6596201
New account number:  65962001
The account number can be found on the upper left-hand corner of your bill.

The account number change will have no noticeable effect if you pay by mail, pay in person at our office, or use credit card or bank draft to pay.
