Deadline for Claiming Capital Credit Funds

SRE is attempting to reach members with unclaimed capital credit checks.
NOTICE OF LAST DATE TO CLAIM SOUTHERN RIVERS ENERGY CAPITAL CREDITS
In compliance with O.C.G.A. § 44-12-236 of The Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act, Southern Rivers Energy is attempting to locate former members whose capital credit checks were issued in 2006, but which have been returned by the U.S. Post Office as “undeliverable” or have otherwise been unclaimed.
A complete list of last known names and addresses is posted on the Capital Credits page of our website and at our corporate office at 1367 Hwy 341 South in Barnesville, GA, for review between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM, Mon. – Fri.
The last possible date to claim these funds is September 10, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. If these funds are not claimed by this date, they will be donated for charitable uses, as permitted by O.C.G.A. § 44-12-236.
