Our outage management system relies on caller ID to determine the location of the outage based on the current account information on file for each of our members. Please make sure that we have the correct phone number on file - the phone that you would use to call in a power outage.  If this is a cell phone, please make sure that is listed as your primary phone number on your account.

This Outage Viewer allows you to see a map of Southern Rivers Energy's territory, spanning nine counties.  Use the legend on the right side of the page to see the appoximate number of members affected by any outages that may be occurring.
