In the event of an outage during severe weather, it is important for us to have your most current contact information in our system, especially the phone number to the phone you would normally use to report an outage.
For example, if you listed your primary phone number as your home phone but use your cell phone to report an outage, our automated system, which uses caller ID to tie your call back to your account and the location of the outage, would not be able to match your account with your cell phone number.
If you are unsure what number we have listed on your account, please call us at one of the numbers listed above and double check to make sure we have the most accurate information so that we can restore your power as efficiently as possible during an outage.
