To report an outage, please call 770-358-1383 or toll free 877-358-1383
and if a customer service representative is not available to help you
right away, our automated system will record your information and send
it directly our call center.
In the event of an outage during severe weather, it
is important for us to have your most current contact information in
our system, especially the phone number to the phone you would normally
use to report an outage.
For example, if you listed your primary phone number
as your home phone but use your cell phone to call and report an
outage, our automated system which uses caller ID to tie your call back
to your account and the location of the outage, would not be able to
match your account with your cell phone number.
If you are unsure what number we have listed on your
account, please call us at one of the numbers listed above and double
check to make sure we have the most accurate information so that we can
restore your power as efficiently as possible during an outage.

Your patience and cooperation during outages is
always appreciated as our crews work around the clock, often in severe
weather to restore everyone's power as safely and efficiently as
possible. Rest assured that office employees are also working hard
monitoring all the incoming phone calls and dispatching crews to many
