Apply for service at an existing location:
If you are applying for service at an existing location, first contact a Customer Service Representative at 770-358-1383 or toll free at 877-358-1383 to set up an account.
If applying for service at a business, please use our Commercial Application. You may mail it to our office: P.O. Box 40, Barnesville, GA 30204. You may also fax the application to the office at 770-216-1539 or submit it to us in person.
If you are transferring your service to a different location, you will need to first contact a Customer Service Representative at 770-358-1383 or toll free 877-358-1383 and provide the 911 address of the new location and a copy of a lease for that property if you are renting.
If you are disconnecting your service, the account holder (the person whose name is on the bill) is required to make the request. Once it has been disconnected a final bill will be issued and applied to the original security deposit that was paid. If the final bill is more than the security deposit, you will receive a bill for that amount which will need to be paid in a timely manner. If the final bill is less than the original deposit, you will receive a refund check within 30 days of the disconnect date.
