Establish Service - Pay Your Way

Complete the form below to start the application process.

Once we receive your request to establish service, a customer service representative will contact you to set up your account. Response time is within 24 hours on weekdays but will vary on weekends and holidays. New service applicants will still need to complete a residential application, service agreement, pay the $5 membership fee, $15 connect fee, and $50 minimum for daily usage before establishing service. Existing members will still need to complete a service agreement and speak to a representative about managing existing account balances before converting to Pay-Your-Way.
