Southern Rivers Energy's 89th Annual Members' Meeting will be held on Saturday, Aug. 29, at the Lamar County Fine Arts Center, located at 100 Burnette Road, Barnesville, GA 30204.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. when members (account holders) will receive a registration gift. Breakfast tickets will be provided for members and their guests, and those who bring their pre-printed registration card from the cover of Georgia Magazine's August issue will receive an additional special gift. Registered members attending the meeting will have a chance to win a $500 grand prize, bill credits, or other door prizes. 

Members can enjoy breakfast, interact with SRE Board members and employees, and take part in the Upson Regional Medical Center Health Fair before the business meeting begins at 10:00 a.m. During the business meeting, Michael McMillan will provide a brief report on the cooperative, and members will elect three directors to serve three-year terms on SRE’s governing board.
